1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or interacting with the websites, interactive calculation engines, and engineering dispatch tools operated by Feedhousematrxx Nordic Solar Oy (Company No. FI3492817-4), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Scope of Online Simulation Tools
Our online Nordic Solar & Battery ROI Yield Engine provides mathematical estimates based on regional solar irradiance averages, standard azimuth configurations, and historical electricity price indicators. While modeled with high engineering rigor, these simulations do not constitute a binding financial or electrical performance guarantee. A formal binding engineering contract is issued only after an on-site physical or high-resolution satellite CAD verification performed by our certified engineering staff.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, proprietary algorithms, CAD blueprints, website graphic user interfaces, brand assets, and technical documentation published by Feedhousematrxx are the exclusive property of Feedhousematrxx Nordic Solar Oy and protected under Finnish and international copyright and trade secret laws. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or distribute our proprietary simulation algorithms without prior written consent.
4. Engineering & Turnkey Installation Contracts (YSE 1998 / KSE 2013)
Physical solar and battery installations are executed under formal engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts adhering to standard Finnish construction conditions (Rakennusurakan yleiset sopimusehdot YSE 1998 for commercial clients, or the Finnish Consumer Protection Act / Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978 for residential consumers):
- Permits & Building Approvals: Feedhousematrxx coordinates municipal building notifications (Toimenpideilmoitus / Rakennuslupa) and grid operator connection documentation as agreed in the specific project annex.
- Structural Roof Integrity: The client is responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing structural decay, rot, or water leaks in the roof structure prior to installation. Feedhousematrxx verifies mounting point load compliance under Finnish national snow standards.
- Electrical Safety Commissioning: Every installation concludes with a formal SFS 6000 commissioning inspection protocol signed by a TUKES-certified electrical supervisor.
5. Warranty Provisions & Limitations
Feedhousematrxx guarantees:
- Installation Craftsmanship Warranty: 5 years on all mounting integrity, cable routing, and weather-seal penetrations.
- Manufacturer Linear Power Warranties: Up to 30 years linear performance retention on N-Type TOPCon panels as passed through directly from the Tier-1 equipment manufacturers.
- Inverter & Battery Warranties: 10 to 15 years standard manufacturer operational warranties on hybrid inverters and thermally managed BESS units.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Finnish law, Feedhousematrxx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from utility grid power outages, Fingrid frequency adjustments, extreme natural weather phenomena exceeding Finnish statutory design standards (e.g. unpredicted tornadoes or microbursts exceeding 160 km/h), or third-party electrical interference.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and all related contracting agreements are governed exclusively by the substantive laws of Finland. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled primarily through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes involving commercial entities shall be resolved by the District Court of Länsi-Uusimaa (Länsi-Uudenmaan käräjäoikeus). Consumers retain the right to submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
